Bill Violette has worked in the franchise industry since 2018 working with entrepreneurs to franchise businesses and he himself franchised his own business model effectively. Mr. Violette has worked in a variety of businesses since 1975 and founded several companies in the marketing, exhibit and signage industry. Chris Conner – Franchise Consultant

Chris Conner has worked in the franchise industry since 2001 supporting new and existing franchise brands to develop franchise models and build franchise organizations. His work has been primarily focused in starting franchise brands, although he has also worked with larger franchise networks to refine and structure the franchise model for maximum efficiency. Chris Conner founded FMS Franchise in 2009 and has worked with over 1,000 different franchise systems including brands such as Two Men and a Truck, Crayola, Ford Motor Company, Baxter Healthcare, Costco and others.
